Join us in welcoming the 2021-2022 cohort of MLK Visiting Professors and Scholars!

  • Sanford Biggers, Interdisciplinary Artist, hosted by the Department of Architecture 
  • Kristen Dorsey, Assistant Professor of Engineering, hosted by Media Arts and Sciences
  • Omolola (Lola) Eniola-Adefeso,  Professor of Chemical Engineering, hosted by the Department of Chemical Engineering
  • Robert Gilliard Jr., Assistant Professor of Chemistry, hosted by the Department of Chemistry
  • Sonya T. Smith, Professor of Mechanical Engineering, hosted by Aeronautics and Astronautics
  • Lawrence Udeigwe, Associate Professor of Mathematics, hosted by Brain and Cognitive Sciences
  • S. Craig Watkins, Professor and internationally recognized expert in media, hosted by the MIT Institute for Data, Systems, and Society

Luis Gilberto Murillo-Urrutia, former Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development in Colombia, and Valencia Joyner Koomson, Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering will be continuing on as part of this cohort.
