MLK Visiting Scholar Virtual Luncheon with Kasso Okoudjou, PhD

Kasso Okoudjou

Time-frequency analysis seeks to study functions or signals in both space and frequency. In this talk, Professor Kasso Okoudjou will focus on one time-frequency tool: the Weyl-Heisenberg or Gabor systems. This lecture will give a brief introduction to the theory of Gabor frames and will survey some interesting open problems in this area. Professor Okoudjou is a professor of mathematics at the University of Maryland.
