Dr. Dereje Agonafer [2007-08 MIT MLK Visiting Professor in Mechanical Engineering] was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the SEMI-THERM Educational Foundation Thermal Hall of Fame. The award is in “Recognition of Significant Contributions to the Field of Electronics Thermal Management”.
