MLK Visiting Scholar Luis Gilberto Murillo-Urrutia, Colombia's Former Minister of Environment and elected Governor of the predominantly Afro-Colombian State of Choco. On a panel moderated by Diana Calderón for Caracol's HORA 20, he discusses the outbreak of violence in Buenaventura, Colombia. The coastal seaport city of Buenaventura (Spanish for "good fortune") is the main port of Colombia in the Pacific Ocean and has a population that is predominately of African descent.
