Through our scientific and technological genius, we've made of this world a neighborhood. And now through our moral and ethical commitment, we must make of it a brotherhood.
Background
Eliaf Ahmed is a postdoctoral scholar at MIT. She received her PhD from the Department of Chemistry at the University of Washington in June 2011.
Interests
Her graduate work has focused on organic electronic materials directed at photovoltaics and thin film field- effect transistors. As an MLK visiting scholar in the Department of Chemistry, she worked with Professor Timothy Swager on DNA hybrid assemblies with carbon nanotubes.
