What is code switching? How is it used? How does it affect people of color in everyday experiences, both at work and on campus? How do we create environments that allow for authenticity?
Courtney L. McCluney, PhD is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. She will be an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior this fall at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. This event is Co-Sponsored by ICEO, the Asian Pacific American (APA) Employee Resource Group, and Latino Employee Resource Group.
